KATHERINE PAUL
As Vice President of Human Resources for The Habitat Company, Katherine Paul oversees the human resources department for Habitat's more than 1,000 team members.
Her department is responsible for the company's training programs, employee relations, and establishing policies, procedures and best practices.
Prior to joining The Habitat Company in 1996, Ms. Paul worked for Hanscomb Associates in a variety of positions supporting the executive team responsible for business development and strategic planning.
Ms. Paul attended College of Lake County with a concentration in general business studies. She is also pursuing further designation and certification in human resources and in employment law.
