Property Preview
The Habitat Company assists clients with the initial report, the first step in the stabilization process. Our inspection report provides a detailed physical and financial overview of the subject property including timely, accurate and detailed information.

  • Physical Inspection - we provide a complete report detailing visible building deficiencies, photos of the asset and the surrounding area, and comments from our in-house architect and engineer.
  • Sub-Market Report - determine each asset's position in the market to help maximize its value.
  • Operations/Financial Review - provide a complete analysis of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Broker Opinion of Value - partner with brokers most suited for an asset.

  • Receivership Order - an important aspect of a successful transition to ensure that the proper assignments are in place and the property's operations continue.
  • Receiver's Reports - provide monthly or bi-monthly reports for the courts, and include financial and physical conditions of the property.

  • Physical inspection - identify and cure life safety issues, determine which units are not in rentable condition and conduct a complete exterior inspection.
