Diane Roth

As Senior Vice President of Finance for The Habitat Company, Diane Roth oversees the accounting, asset management, financial management, and treasury functions for The Habitat Company.

With over 25 years of real estate accounting experience, Diane oversees all aspects of The Habitat Company’s corporate accounting team and finance functions. She supports all facets of our business including acquisitions, development, and asset management.  Diane is also involved in the annual audits and tax returns filed for owned and managed assets.

​

Previously, Diane was the Chief Financial Officer for M & J Wilkow, Ltd. In this role, she was responsible for all aspects of corporate accounting, as well as financial reporting for multiple retail shopping centers and office buildings. Prior to her time at M & J Wilkow, Diane was a Director in the National Real Estate Group of RSM (formerly Altschuler, Melvoin and Glasser), a public accounting firm with a wide range of real estate clients including market rate and affordable multifamily housing and commercial assets.

Diane is a member of the Illinois CPA Society as well as CHIEF, a private network group designed for women in the C-Suite, senior executives, and accomplished vice presidents to strengthen their leadership skills.

 

Diane is a registered certified public accountant and has a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University.
