Felicia Johnson

Felicia Johnson oversees 1,331 units for the Habitat Affordable Group business line. She works with her team to manage the overall investment objectives, compliance goals, asset quality, and financial objectives. Felicia provides leadership, development, performance feedback, and support to enhance her residents’ housing experience.

 

She has over 33 years of extensive experience in Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), Affordable Housing, Section 8, HUD Co-ops, Elderly, Mixed-Finance, Conventional, and Commercial real estate.  She holds certifications in Assisted Housing Management (AHM), Management & Occupancy Review Specialist (MORS), Rent Calculation Specialist (RIM), and her real estate license.

Felicia has a Master of Science in Human Resources and a Master of Arts in Training & Organizational Development both obtained from Roosevelt University.
