Founder of The Habitat Company
​Our late founder, Daniel Levin founded The Habitat Company in 1971 with a clear belief: housing is more than buildings—it is an investment in people and the communities they call home. Over more than five decades, his vision shaped Habitat into a real estate organization recognized for creating thoughtful, high-quality developments across a wide range of housing types.
