Jack Devedjian
Vice President,
Facilities Management & Engineering
As Vice President of Facilities Management & Engineering for The Habitat Company, Jack Devedjian oversees our company-wide preventive maintenance and related training programs that are critical components to preserving our assets under management.
​
Jack holds an impressive track record of over 20 years of hands-on experience in facilities and real estate management, construction management and strategic planning both on the corporate and operating level.
​
Before joining The Habitat Company, Jack was the senior vice president of real estate development, facilities & capital projects at YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, where he directly oversaw the association strategy for capital expenditures and led facilities management and maintenance operations. He was also the vice president of facilities and engineering for the Tribune Company, where he led all key national facilities functions and directed a staff of 550 employees.

Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from University of Illinois-Chicago and a Master of Science in construction and project management from Northwestern University. He is a licensed professional engineer in Illinois.
