Kaleb Horn

As Director of Investments at The Habitat Company, Kaleb Horn is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing investment opportunities, while managing the performance of the firm’s existing portfolio. He plays a key role in shaping investment decisions by leading financial analysis, structuring transactions, and presenting opportunities to partners.

 

Prior to joining Habitat, Kaleb served as an Investment Professional with CC Industries, the Crown family office, where he executed equity transactions across multiple facets including real estate, manufacturing, venture capital and private equity. In addition to closing new investment opportunities, he also worked with portfolio companies on growth initiatives, helping to drive long-term strategic transformation.

 

He previously worked at Harrison Street, a private equity investment manager, where he supported $3 billion of investments across housing, healthcare, energy, and digital infrastructure.
