As Director of Facilities Management and Engineering for The Habitat Company, Ken Tarasiewicz is responsible for preventative maintenance management, tracking, and documentation. Ken oversees and manages capital projects and implemented the Annual Habitat Operations Audit to ensure all Habitat properties are compliant and up to industry standards.
Prior to joining The Habitat Company in 2016, Ken worked for Jones Lang LaSalle as well as The YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago in Facilities and Project Management.
Ken is a graduate of Washburne Technical School, is a LEED Green Associate and holds a 1st Class NIULPE Engineering License. Ken brings over 35 years of experience in HVAC, Building Engineer, and Facilities Management to The Habitat team.
