Nolan Bailey

Nolan Bailey is a Regional Manager for Habitat's Condominium Division, based in Chicago, IL. With nearly 15+ years of professional experience in law and real estate, Nolan has directly managed over 50 different properties, ranging from walk-ups to high-rises. His expertise in property management encompasses market rate rentals, affordable housing, and condominiums. Additionally, Nolan has been a licensed real estate broker for 10+ years, facilitating sales in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
 

Prior to joining Habitat, Nolan served as a Senior Property Manager, leading a team responsible for managing a portfolio of 2,000+ condo units throughout the Chicagoland area. Before his real estate career, he spent 7 years in the legal community, primarily working for the American Bar Association, the largest voluntary association of lawyers and legal professionals worldwide.
 

Nolan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Operations Management from DeVry University. He maintains both a CAM and a Real Estate Broker's License in Illinois. Furthermore, he has earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations through the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
