Antoinette Moton

With over 25 years of residential management experience, Antoinette works as a Regional Manager for the Habitat Affordable Group, managing over 1500 units. Antoinette oversees the financial, physical, and administrative affairs of the communities she manages.

Driven by a passion for the affordable housing and property management industries, Antoinette's years of experience have allowed her to grow, develop, and pass on her customer service acumen, her analytical approach, and conflict resolution skills, to her team members. Whether she's resolving ledger issues, addressing budget variances, or addressing resident concerns, she takes pride in every part of her role.

Antoinette received her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Business Management from Devry University. She is also an Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), an Illinois Real Estate Broker, and has obtained her Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) certification.
