Gina Fortune-Harmon, CPM®, ARM®

In her role as Vice President of market rate management, Gina is responsible for the financial and operations for the market rate portfolio across five states.  Gina’s roots are in property management – she has been active in the multifamily industry since 1984, working with both private and national organizations.

Prior to joining Habitat, Gina held several key leadership roles at Lincoln Property Group, The Ackerberg Group, Group One Investments, and Riverstone Residential Group.  Gina has deep experience in all property types including construction, lease-up, financially and physically stressed assets, acquisitions, renovations and repositions.  Gina is a successful team builder, with exceptional organizational, management, and financial skills.

Gina is a licensed managing broker in the State of Illinois and Minnesota and is a Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Gina also holds an Accredited Residential Manager designation with IREM and attended William Rainey Harper College.
