Jami Williamson

As Regional Manager for The Habitat Company, Jami Williamson is responsible for all property management operations for approximately 1,700 market-rate units throughout the Chicagoland area. Jami has served in various management positions in her 16 years with Habitat and has a track record of making a positive impact by delivering strong financial results and working with her team to create exceptional experiences for her team, our residents and clients.

Jami is skilled at working with third-party property owners to maximize asset valuation through measurable gains in occupancy, resident retention and expense control.

Jami received a bachelor’s degree in corporate communications at Northern Illinois University.
