As Vice President of the Habitat Affordable Group, Janay has been a committed professional for more than 20 years. Janay’s roots are in leasing, management and resident satisfaction, ensuring a superior housing experience by way of exceptional service, thoughtful management and respect for all our residents.
Previously, Janay began her real estate career working in sales for a custom home builder, obtaining licensure and performing real estate appraisals and spending many rewarding years in property management with extensive experience in the affordable housing industry.
Currently a licensed broker in the state of Illinois, Janay holds a Bachelor of Science in hotel and restaurant management, Master of Public Administration and several industry certifications including housing credit certified professional (HCCP) and tax credit specialist (TCS).
